Accessing the app
Incorrect email or password
The email and password combination you entered doesn’t match any account.
- Make sure you’re using the same email address you used when you purchased your membership, this is the one linked to your account.
- Tap the eye icon inside the password field to reveal what you typed, phones and tablets sometimes add automatic capital letters or spaces.
- Use the Forgot password option if you’re not sure of your password.
- If you don’t have an account yet, sign up on agricamper.com.
Complete your account on agricamper.com
To create your digital membership card and access the service, we need a few details, like your number plate and date of birth.
- Go to your account details page.
- Fill in the missing fields and save.
- Return to the app, your membership card will now be ready and you’ll have full access.
Membership expired
Your Agricamper membership has reached its expiration date and is no longer active.
- Go to agricamper.com and renew your membership.
- Once renewed, log back into the app, access is restored immediately after renewal.
Enter your email
You tried to submit a form without entering an email address.
Type your email address in the email field before submitting.
Invalid email address
The email address you entered isn’t in a valid format (for example, missing the @ symbol or a domain).
- Check your email for typos.
- Make sure it follows the format name@domain.com.
Enter your password
You tried to submit a form without entering a password.
Type your password in the password field before submitting.
Too many attempts. Try again in 5 min
After several incorrect login attempts in a row, your account is temporarily locked for security reasons.
- Wait 5 minutes, then try logging in again, the lock is lifted automatically.
- Use this waiting time to double-check your password, or use Forgot password if needed.
Couldn’t log you in. Try again
A general login failure occurred, often caused by a temporary network issue or a problem reaching our authentication servers.
Check your internet connection and try logging in again in a few minutes.
Access denied. Log in again or check your membership
This can happen for two reasons: your session has expired and needs to be refreshed, or the action you tried requires an active membership that isn’t currently valid on your account.
- Log out and log back in to refresh your session.
- If the message still appears, check your membership status on agricamper.com and renew it if needed.
System and connection
Internet connection required
Some actions need an internet connection to work, like logging in for the first time, leaving a review, or making a booking. You can still view your previously loaded data without a connection.
- Check that Wi-Fi or mobile data is turned on.
- If you’re on Wi-Fi, try switching to mobile data (or vice versa) to confirm it’s a connection issue.
- Once you have a stable connection, try again.
Something went wrong. Try again
This is a general error that appears when the app receives an unexpected response from our servers.
Close and reopen the app, then repeat the action that caused the error.
Missing data. Restart the app
The app detected that some critical data needed to run properly is missing or corrupted on your device.
Close and reopen the app to resolve this.
Couldn’t save. Try again
The app tried to save your preferences (language, vehicle type, accessibility settings) but the save failed.
- Check your internet connection and try saving again.
- You can also try restarting the app before saving once more.
Booking
This host is fully booked for this date
The host you selected has reached maximum capacity for the date you chose.
Select a different date for the same host, or browse other available hosts nearby.
You already have a booking for this date
You can only have one booking per day. This message means you already have a request or confirmed booking for that date.
If you’d like to change it, cancel your existing booking first, then create a new one for the date you want.
Select a date
You tried to submit a booking without choosing a date.
Tap the date field and select a date before continuing.
Invalid date
The date you selected isn’t valid for this booking, for example, it may be in the past or outside the allowed booking window.
Choose a different, upcoming date within the available booking range.
Invalid arrival time
The arrival time you selected isn’t valid, it may be outside the host’s available hours or in an incorrect format.
- Check the host’s available arrival hours on their listing page.
- Select a time within that window using the time picker.
Host not found
The host couldn’t be found. This can happen if the host listing was removed or if there was a temporary data sync issue.
Go back to the host search and select a different host.
