How do I reset or change my password?

A tip before changing your password

If the app does not recognise your password, first check what you typed by tapping the eye icon on the right side of the password field. Sometimes your smartphone may automatically add a capital letter or a space, which slightly changes the password and makes it look incorrect.

If you forgot your password

1. Go to the “Forgot password” page.
2. Enter the email address associated with your Agricamper account.
3. Wait for the email with the link to reset your password (this may take a few minutes).
4. If you do not receive anything, please wait at least 10 minutes before making another request.

How to change your password from your account

1. Log in to your account.
2. Open Account details and select Change password.
3. Create a new secure password and save the changes.

Always use a strong, unique password to protect your Agricamper account.
