Returns
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to customised products, such as the membership card linked to a personal access code, nor to digital content activated immediately after purchase.
The Agricamper membership and FEFI guides fall into these categories and the performance of the contract begins when the terms and conditions of sale are accepted.
For this reason, once the order has been completed, returns and refunds are not available.
Shipping
Preparation and dispatch
We usually hand your parcel over to the courier within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed.
You can also collect your guides free of charge from our office in Lecco, Castello district (Italy). Please contact us after completing your online order to arrange collection.
Flat-rate shipping: shipping is charged at a flat rate per order, regardless of the number of guides. The applicable rate is shown at checkout before payment.
Shipping within Italy
Shipments within Italy are handled via Poste Delivery Business Express, the express parcel service of Poste Italiane.
- Delivery time: within 24–48 working hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from handover to the courier.
- Two delivery attempts: after the first attempt, if the recipient is absent, they will receive an e‑mail containing a link to change the address or delivery date, or to choose collection at a Post Office; if no choice is made within 24 hours, the courier will automatically make a second delivery attempt.
- Free storage: 7 days at a Post Office or SDA branch.
- Tracking: shipments can be tracked on the Poste Italiane website using the tracking number.
- Smart Alert and “Scegli Tu”: the recipient will receive e‑mail updates on the status of the shipment and can change, while the parcel is in transit, the delivery date or address, or choose delivery to a neighbour or collection at a Post Office.
- Surcharges: surcharges may apply for shipments to Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia and remote or hard‑to‑reach postcodes.
Domestic shipping cost: €6.14 (VAT included). Any surcharges and the final shipping cost are calculated automatically and shown in the basket before payment.
International shipping
Shipments to European and non‑European countries are handled via Poste Delivery Business International Plus, the service used for our international e‑commerce orders.
Indicative delivery times (beyond the day of collection, excluding Saturdays and public holidays) are:
- European Union: about 2–5 working days
- Rest of the world: about 3–5 working days, subject to any customs procedures
For some of the main EU countries, Poste Italiane indicates indicative transit times by zone (working days beyond the day of collection):
- Zone 1 – Germany, France: J2/3
- Zone 2 – Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Luxembourg, Czechia, Slovenia, Poland, Slovakia: J4/5
- Zone 3 – Sweden, Ireland, Finland, Portugal, Estonia, Romania, Latvia, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Hungary, Lithuania: J5+
Delivery is made to the recipient’s address; for many EU countries, delivery to partner pick‑up points or lockers (PUDO) is also available where offered by local carriers.
For shipments to non‑EU countries, customs handling fees may be applied by the carrier depending on the destination and the applicable Poste Delivery Business tariffs. Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applied by the destination country are charged by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
