What to do if the app isn’t working?

The Agricamper app is used every day on many different smartphones and tablets, across a wide range of brands, models, and Android/iOS versions. Because each device works a bit differently, a few quick checks can often restore full access and smooth use of the app.

Before contacting support, please go through the following quick checks:

  • Internet connection: make sure mobile data or Wi-Fi is turned on and that other apps can access the internet.
  • Account access: check that you are logging in with the same email address used to purchase the Agricamper digital guide. Also, tap the eye icon next to the password field to verify what you entered, as some devices may automatically add a capital letter and/or a space.
  • Device compatibility: the Agricamper app requires at least Android 5 or iOS 10 for proper use.
  • System and app updates: update your device’s operating system and install the latest version of the Agricamper app from the App Store or Google Play.

If everything looks correct, please try these simple steps:

  • Reinstall the app: uninstall the Agricamper app and download it again from the App Store or Google Play for a fresh installation.
  • Restart your device: turn your smartphone or tablet off and back on to refresh the system.
