6 – Type of Data Processing

  1. The processing of personal data is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller to provide information about Agricamper’s activities according to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of EU Regulation 2016/679, in compliance with the same Regulation.
  2. This site uses Log Files in which information collected automatically during users’ visits is stored. The collected information could include:
  • Internet Protocol (IP) address;
  • Type of browser and parameters of the device used to connect to the site;
  • Name of the Internet Service Provider (ISP);
  • Date and time of visit;
  • Visitor’s web page of origin (referral) and exit;
  • Possibly the number of clicks.
  1. Such information is processed automatically and collected in an exclusively aggregated form to verify the correct functioning of the site and for security reasons. This information will be treated based on the legitimate interests of the owner.

9 – Purpose of Data Processing

  1. The data collected by the site during its operation are used exclusively for the purposes indicated above and stored for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities, and in any case not longer than 1 year.

In accordance with the provisions of Art. 5.1(c) of the Regulation, the information systems and computer programs used by Agricamper are configured to minimize the use of personal and identifying data; such data will be processed only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy.
  2. Data will be stored for the period of time strictly necessary to achieve the concrete purposes pursued and, in any case, the criterion used to determine the retention period is based on compliance with the terms allowed by applicable laws and the principles of data minimization and limitation of retention.
  3. Data collected by the site will never be provided to third parties, unless it is a legitimate request by the judicial authority and only in the cases provided by law.
  4. Data used for security purposes (blocking attempts to damage the site) are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the previously indicated end.

11 – Payments

  1. Agricamper uses payment services to carry out payments by credit card, bank transfer, or other means. Agricamper does not collect or acquire data used for payment.
  2. Payment data are collected and acquired directly by the payment service provider, such as the credit card entity, PayPal, Stripe, or similar. These services may send messages to the user, for example, emails or SMS notifications of payment.

12 – Newsletter

  1. With the user’s prior consent, and through voluntary registration via email, this is included in a contact list to which emails will be periodically sent, also for promotion and marketing, deriving from this site.
  2. An email is sent to the user (to the email address indicated) containing a link to click to confirm that the user is indeed the owner of the email address.
  3. Personal data that may be collected in the newsletter:

Name, surname, year of birth, language.

13 – Contact Forms

  1. The user can fill out the contact/information request forms, entering their data and consenting to its use to respond to requests of the nature indicated in the header of the form.

14 – User Rights

  1. The user is guaranteed respect for their rights in the field of personal data protection. In line with what is taken up and stated by the GDPR, in relation to the processing of their personal data, the user has the right to ask the Owner:
  • Access: the user can ask for confirmation whether or not data processing concerning them is taking place, as well as more clarifications about the information mentioned in this policy;
  • Rectification: they can ask to rectify or supplement the data they have provided, if inaccurate or incomplete;
  • Cancellation: they can request that their data be deleted if no longer necessary for our purposes, in case of withdrawal of consent or opposition to processing, in case of unlawful processing, or if there is a legal obligation to delete or if it refers to subjects under the age of fourteen;
  • Limitation: they can request that their data be processed only for conservation purposes, excluding other processing, for the necessary period for the rectification of their data, in case of unlawful processing for which they oppose deletion, if they need to exercise their rights in court and the data retained by the Owner may be useful to them, and finally, in case of opposition to processing and a verification is underway on the prevalence of the legitimate reasons of the Owner compared to theirs;
  • Opposition: they can oppose at any time to the processing of their data, unless there are legitimate reasons for the Owner to proceed with the processing that prevail over theirs, for example, for the exercise or their defense in court;
  • Portability: they can ask to receive their data, or to have it transmitted to another owner indicated by them, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device;
  • Revocation: they can revoke their consent to the use of cookies (Cookie Policy) at any time, since in this case it constitutes the basis of the processing. However, the revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent carried out before the revocation itself.
