Your Agricamper membership is renewed automatically every 12 months so that you can keep travelling without interruption and always have access to the latest version of the digital guide. If you prefer not to renew, you must disable automatic renewal yourself in your Agricamper account before the expiry date.
When you can cancel automatic renewal
You can cancel the automatic renewal of your Agricamper subscription at any time during the current validity period. The change will take effect at the end of the current year of membership: you will keep full access to the app and all hosts until the expiry date indicated in your account, and the subscription will simply not renew for the following 12-month period.
How to cancel automatic renewal
To cancel automatic renewal, please log in to your Agricamper account with the same email address you used for the purchase, go to the section dedicated to your subscriptions and follow the instructions to disable automatic renewal. Our customer support does not cancel automatic renewals. Please cancel directly from your Agricamper account.
What happens after cancellation
When you disable automatic renewal in your account, no further payments will be taken at the end of the current period. Your membership remains active until its expiry date, so you can continue to use the app and stay at Agricamper locations as usual. Once the membership has expired, you will no longer be able to benefit from free stopovers unless you purchase a new subscription.
Can I reactivate automatic renewal later?
If you change your mind, you can reactivate automatic renewal as long as your membership is still active. Simply return to your account and enable automatic renewal again so that your Agricamper subscription continues without interruption at the next expiry date.
