Agricamper Review Policy

Thank you for your interest in sharing your experience with the Agricamper community. To ensure a fair, constructive, and helpful space for everyone, we have defined a few guidelines for posting reviews. As a reminder, reviews must follow our Code of Conduct. Among these, please note that the stopover must be booked through the App and confirmed by the host via the Agricamper confirmation e-mail.

1. Authenticity and relevance

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences from users who have actually used the Agricamper service, providing useful information to other travellers.

2. Relevant content

Reviews should relate to your experience at the Agricamper host, including aspects such as hospitality, atmosphere, location, or any activities offered by the host, while avoiding unrelated or external topics.

3. Respect and appropriate language

The Agricamper community is based on trust, respect, and mutual collaboration. Comments that are offensive, defamatory, or disparaging will not be published. Please note that defamation and personal insults, including those made online, are prohibited under Italian law (Art. 595 of the Penal Code).

4. Review moderation

Agricamper reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content that does not comply with these guidelines. Negative comments are verified and, when appropriate, shared with the hosts before publication. We kindly ask for your patience during this process. Agricamper also reserves the right not to publish reviews that appear biased or aimed at damaging the reputation of hosts or the service.

5. Reporting and support

If you find inaccuracies (incorrect GPS coordinates, outdated information, etc.), please contact customer support, and we will make the necessary corrections.

6. Spirit of the Agricamper community

Agricamper hosts are farmers who welcome you free of charge, dedicating part of their time in addition to their daily work on the farm. Please leave thoughtful and constructive reviews in line with the values of Agricamper hospitality.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Your contribution helps Agricamper hosts grow and continually improve the hospitality they offer to travellers.
