Returns
According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, such as the membership card with the buyer’s details, or to digital content activated immediately after purchase.
The Agricamper membership and FEFI guides fall into these categories. Execution begins with the acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale.
For this reason, once the order has been completed, no returns or refunds are available.
Shipping
We ship printed FEFI guides throughout Italy and Europe at a flat rate, regardless of the number of guides ordered in a single purchase.
Free pickup at our office: Guides can be collected directly from our office in Lecco, free of charge. Please contact us after completing your order online to schedule the pickup.
Shipping within Italy
National shipments are handled via Poste Delivery Business Express, the express service by Poste Italiane.
- Delivery times: within 24-48 working hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), starting from the moment the parcel is handed over to the courier.
- Two delivery attempts: after the first attempt, if the recipient is absent, they will receive an email with a link to request delivery to a different address or a local post office within 24 hours.
If no action is taken, a second attempt will be made automatically. - Free storage: parcels are kept for 7 days at a local Post Office or SDA branch.
- Full tracking: the recipient can monitor the shipment via the Poste Italiane website.
- Free Smart Alert: the recipient will receive email notifications about the status and expected delivery date.
- Free “Scegli Tu” service: the recipient can change the delivery date, address, choose delivery to a neighbor, or pickup at a Post Office.
- Additional charges: apply for shipments to Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia, and to remote or difficult-to-access ZIP codes.
Shipping cost: € 6.14 (VAT included)
International Shipping
International shipments to Europe and beyond are handled via Poste Delivery Business International Express.
- International tracking: available online using the tracking number.
- Shipping costs: are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination.
- Customs fees: for shipments outside Europe, a fixed customs charge of € 25.00 applies, in addition to the standard shipping fee.
Estimated international delivery times
- European Union: 1-2 working days
- USA and Canada: 2-3 working days
- Rest of the world: 2-4 working days
Delivery times are calculated from the day after shipment and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and possible customs delays.
