We recommend downloading the app and trying the Demo version to check its proper functioning on your device.

Additionally, here are some elements to verify:

  • minimum requirements: the Agricamper app requires at least iOS 10 or Android 5 for proper operation;
  • recent updates: make sure you are using the updated version of your operating system and the app on your devices;
  • important note for Huawei/Honor users: since May 2019, Huawei and Honor do not have Android licenses.

To fully utilize the application and access all its features, ensure that your device meets these minimum system requirements.

Does the app work without the Internet?

The Agricamper app is designed to be used even without an internet connection, allowing you to access various information without the need for a constant connection. This information includes the map of the hosts, their names, contacts, GPS coordinates, detailed descriptions, and written reviews.

Internet connectivity is required in the following circumstances:

  • first access: it is necessary to recognize your account and load all the data onto your device;
  • viewing photos: to see all the photos of the hosts;
  • comments and reservations: to write comments about the hosts and to make bookings.

To activate the geolocation function, which allows you to locate nearby hosts, we kindly ask you to enable the use of GPS location data on your device.

Where to enter the host code in the app?

Have you seen one of our posts on Facebook or Instagram with the code of a host that interests you? Follow these steps to find the associated host:

  1. Download and open the app, log in to your account and go to the top of the main screen.
  2. Click on the search bar ‘Where do you want to go?’ at the top of the app.
  3. Enter the four-digit numerical code in the search bar and press ‘Enter.’
  4. You will be shown all the information related to the host associated with that code.

This process will allow you to easily access the details of the desired host within the Agricamper app.

How to review a host?

To review an Agricamper host and share your experience, follow these easy and quick steps:

  • download and open the Agricamper app: log in to your account and go to the presentation of the host you wish to review;
  • click on “Reviews”: once you locate the review section, click on “Reviews” (view the picture next to it);
  • select “Write review”: now, you will find the option to write your review. Begin sharing your experience at the host with factual information. Share what you appreciated most and, if necessary, suggest improvements;
  • rate the host: add a star rating to give a general indication of your satisfaction level. Do not assign stars if you have not visited the host;
  • submit the review: once you have completed your review, click on “Submit” to publish it on the host’s tab.

Remember, reviews help other travelers make informed decisions and contribute to improving the overall user experience on Agricamper.

What to do if the app isn’t working?

The app is used by numerous Agricamper members and, under certain conditions, issues may arise.

Before contacting us, we kindly ask you to carefully check the following points:

  • internet connection: do you have a stable internet connection active on your device?
  • account access: have you correctly logged into your user account?
  • device compatibility: does your smartphone or tablet have at least Android 5 or iOS 10?
  • updates: have you installed the latest version of the operating system on your device?

If you are sure these requirements are met, please try the following:

  • reinstall the app: remove the application and download it again;
  • clear the app cache: this helps improve performance by clearing temporarily stored obsolete or damaged data;
  • re-login to the app: re-enter login information (email and password).

If the application continues to malfunction, please contact us via email providing:

  • full name;
  • email of your account;
  • model of your smartphone or tablet device;
  • operating system version of your device;
  • detailed explanation of the issue you are experiencing, preferably supplemented with screenshots and/or videos for a clearer and comprehensive understanding.
